Briedis Jeugdbeschermers
identity - website - illustrations
Briedis is an organisation that protects the youth from abuse in families. They work together with independent professionals such as youth protectors and lawyers. We were asked to design the visual identity of this party. The word ‘Briedis’ means ‘deer’ in Lithuanian. We created a logo using the antlers of a deer, as these antlers symbolise protection. A deer protects itself with its antlers and Briedis protects the youth.
The professionals will join Briedis from all over the country, so we decided to make illustrations of each individual professional instead of taking a picture. It is more practical and also easier to create a more uniform look.
On the website in the right top, the phone number is prominent and always shown so anyone can immediately ‘call for help.’
